Awaken wild community events are free. We hope to cultivate a welcoming space for shared experience in different ways. We will continue to offer more and welcome suggestions of ways we can connect and learn from each other. Gear clinic
Understanding the items in your pack is a big part of confidence in the woods. This clinic is for people who want to spend time working with gear, understanding how to use and what is a must pack and what is comfort gear worth the weight. I bring different brands and tech options for all hiking and thru- hiking adventures. Feel free to bring your items and we can get comfortable with the equipment and how to pack your essentials.
Book club by the fire
These events are for women who like to read a great adventure book to inspire and allow the mind to wander. We will read the assigned book and meet monthly by the fire to connect and share stories.
